To combine photos or scanned images, first turn them into a PDF with Image to PDF, then merge. HWP files can be converted with HWP to PDF.
FAQ
Does merging reduce quality?
No. The pages of the original PDFs are copied over as they are, so text and images keep their full quality.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Password-protected PDFs can't be merged. Remove the password in your PDF viewer, save a copy, and add that instead.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Everything happens inside your browser and your PDFs are never sent anywhere.
